Специальный автомобиль для КГБ с двигателем от ГАЗ 12 ЗиМ. Помимо мотора от автомобиля ЗиМ использовалась его КПП с гидротрансформатором и задний мост с укороченными полуосями. Внешне М-20Г не отличались от обычных "Побед", хотя максимальная скорость превышала 130 км/ч.
