Blue Flyer неоднократно переделывался. На фото с двумя моторами: передний приводит в движение передние колёса, задний - задние. Таким образом это был один из первых полноприводных гоночных автомобилей. К сожалению после гонки в Моррис-Парке (Нью-Йорк) задний двигатель отказал и автомобиль срочно пришлось переделывать. На старт American Elimination Trial 23.09.1905 вышел одномоторный вариант Christie "Blue Flyer", John Walter Christie
