чем 208 от 308 отличается?

Двигателем, ну и внешними мелочами.

В Италии в 70-80х были драконовские (даже для тех, кто мог позволить себе Феррари) налоги на автомобили с двигателем объемом более двух литров. Соответственно 208 - двухлитровые, 308 - трехлитровые.
