Ikarus 283.00 USSR '1989–92

Поставлялись в СССР: 373 машины в Москву (в том числе машина, пришедшая на испытания в 1988 году), 14 машин в Таллин, 2 машины в качестве служебных в Новороссийск в 1990—1992 годах. Одна машина испытывалась в 1989 году в Берлине, несколько опытных экземпляров остались в Венгрии.

Двигатель Rába D2156 HMU6T. Коробка передач Csepel S6-120U. Двери 2-2-2-2.
