Машина создавалась под маркой Iso - как гоночная версия купе Grifo. Рассорившись с Ривольтой, Биззаррини удалось "захватить" права на выпуск A3/C под своим именем: впоследствии это купе превратилось в Bizzarrini 5300 GT
