Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.3-16 Race Car (W201) '1984

12 мая 1984 года Эрих Ваксенберг устроил "Гонку чемпионов" по поводу открытия нового гоночного кольца в Нюрбургринге. В гонке приняли участие бывшие и действующие гонщики Формулы 1, а выиграл её, тогда ещё малоизвестный гонщик, Айртон Сенна. Гонка проходила на стандартных автомобилях Mercedes-Benz 190 E 2.3-16, оборудованных клеткой безопасности.
