В 1964 году швейцарская транспортная компания Compagnie des Transports en Commun de Fribourg (TF) заказала серию из восьми новых троллейбусов, которые получили номера от 33 до 40. Эта серия троллейбусов Saurer - Hess - SAAS была введена в эксплуатацию в 1964 и 1965 годах в окраске синего и светло-серебристого цветов (за это их называли Saurer bleu-blanc).
