Автомобиль дежурной части милиции изготовлен на Павловском автобусном заводе (ПАЗ) по заказу ГАЗ. Автомобиль имел каркасно-панельный кузов, базировавшийся на шасси ГАЗ-3302. Оборудован отсеком для задержанных и местом для собаки.
