The Morooka MST800VD rubber track carrier is the platform of choice for off-road field service vehicles, including tool carriers. The operator-friendly carriers with ROPS cabins can be made to order and are available in factory-direct configurations that include choice of dump bed, flatbed or no bed. The dump bed option features an easy conversion to a flatbed configuration via simple removal of sides and tailgate.

A powerful CAT C4.4 129 hp T4i engine drives a high-torque powertrain to power up steep grades and over rough terrain. With a maximum carrying capacity of more than 10,000 pounds, the MST800VD is a serious workhorse in a variety of industries.

Morooka’s stepless hydrostatic transmission (HST) completely eliminates the need for clutch and gear controls, making every speed a working speed. The “stepless” change in speed ratio not only makes the Morooka carrier easier to operate but adds to its overall maneuverability.

All Morooka models have durable rubber tracks that combine the speed, quiet travel and smooth riding characteristics of a tire-equipped vehicle but with the greater traction and low ground pressure of a steel-tracked carrier.

Like all Morooka carriers, the MST800VD features a floating bogey undercarriage system with less vibration. Reduced vibration results in decreased driver fatigue, increased productivity and longer equipment life. The travel system’s simple design and generous access to engine and hydraulic components contribute to the rig’s overall ease of maintenance.
