HİDROMEK, serving the construction machine industry over 40 years, is now bringing its newest members that are built with the delicate work lead by 115 engineers and R&D team. Increasing the product range by buying Mitsubishi motorized grader products in 2013, HİDROMEK is now showcasing its own designed motorized grader HMK 600 MG, awarded with German Design Award and IF Design award winner HMK 640 WL rubber tire loader.

From levelling to scraping, miter cutting to digging trenches, the new motorized grader of HİDROMEK HMK 600 MG may be used in different construction functions and was awarded with “Excellent Product Design” and “Special Mention” awards in globally renown German Design Award, which normally would not accept candidates from outside Germany and only taking the designs that are in align with the jury-selected criteria into consideration. HMK 600 MK motorized grader manufactured in 18 tonne class, is developed by HİDROMEK in Turkey in align with European CE standards. Most striking features of HMK 600 MG are its exclusive hexagon designed cabin that allows for a wide view, and blade control and moving with the help of a joystick to increase the operator comfort. Hexagon cabin of HMK 600 MG and thin front chassis allows the operator to have a wide view of the blade and the front wheels. HMK 600 MG has the tightest turning radius with 6.9 meters, compared to other machinery in its class. In addition to these features, HMK 600 MG incorporates a Mercedes (MTU) engine that provides high traction even in low torques and offers low fuel consumption.

Hidromek introduced the HMK 600 MG motor grader at bauma. The machine has an operating weight of approximately 18tonnes, a 4.3m blade length and a variable horsepower (187 – 214HP) Mercedes engine compatible with Stage IIIA (Tier III) standards.

Other features of the HMK 600 MG include eight forward and eight reverse electronically controlled gears and CAB bus automatic transmission system. The hexagonal operator’s cab provides wide angle visibility and is air-conditioned, with the joystick integrated with the seat for ease of use. An LCD screen connected to a rear-view camera aids operation. Hidromek plans to have te HMK 600 MG available on the market in the second half of 2016.

HİDROMEK was at Bauma Fair, the world-wide known construction machinery fair, on 11-17 April 2016, in Munich, Germany with its brand new construction machinery.

HİDROMEK, meeting customer needs with its production groups such as backhoe loaders, hydraulic excavators and motor graders, will introduce its new motor grader HMK 600 MG, new crawled excavator HMK 300 LC-4 with its engine conforming Tier 4 Final emission standards and new wheeled loader HMK 640 WL besides exhibiting its other products.

HMK 600 MG has approximately 18 tons operating weight, 4,3 meters blade length and compatible for Stage III A (Tier III) standards with variable horse power (187 – 214 HP) Mercedes engine. 8 forward-8 reverse electronically controlled gears, an automatic transmission which can also be controlled by a joystick enable the operator to drive and operate the machine easily. HMK 600 MG’s diesel engine, electro - hydraulic control valve, control joysticks and its automatic transmission through Can-Bus system provide high efficiency for all operations. One of the most important features of HMK 600 MG is the electronic joystick which enables to work for all functions. HMK 600 MG gives operator the opportunity to control the machine with both the joystick and the steering wheel.

LCD Screen located in the operator’s cab and a rear-view camera help the operator move the machine easily. Automatic shift and cruise control opportunities aim at extra ease of use for operators. Cooling fan which has hydraulic control and is overturned automatically is used for HMK 600 MG. The fan with these features minimizes the loss of power at low temperatures, and provides a quieter environment while providing comfort for the operator. HİDROMEK targets Turkish and other motor grader users in the world with its new HMK 600 MG motor grader. HİDROMEK plans to have HMK 600 MG available on the market in the second half of 2016.
