Wagenhals '1910–15

В 1910 г. механик по имени Уильям Вагенхолс (William G. Wagenhals), ранее занимавшийся проектированием паровых поездов в компании Kobusch-Wagenhals, построил свой первый трехколесный автомобиль и основал компанию Wagenhals Manufacturing Company в Сент-Луисе штата Миссури (Saint Louis, Missouri). Клиентская база была слаба, поэтому компания в том же году переехала в город Детройт штата Мичиган (Detroit, Michigan) и была переименована в Wagenhals Motor Company. Компания просуществовала до 1915 г. За пять лет было изготовлено около 200 автомобилей.
