Компания "The Vincent HRD Company Ltd." была основана в 1928 году Филом Винсентом (Philip Conrad Vincent) после приобретения у компании OK-Supreme права на марку HRD. В 1952 году название компании было изменено на Vincent Engineers (Stevenage) Ltd. Последний мотоцикл под маркой Vincent сошел с конвейера за неделю до рождества 1955 года. В 1959 году права на марку были проданы компании Harper Engines Ltd.
