Isuzu Philippines Corporation has today launched the all new 2014 Isuzu MU-X SUV at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, replacing the Alterra SUV that was sold from 2005 to 2014.

Standard features for the Isuzu MU-X 4x2 LS base model include a 5-speed manual transmission, fabric seats, a urethane steering wheel, 16-inch wheels, dual front and rear air conditioning, central locks, power steering, a 7-inch touchscreen CD/DVD/USB/MP3 audio unit with Bluetooth. The Isuzu MU-X 4x2 LS-M adds a height adjustable driver's seat, two more 12 volt sockets, deluxe fabric seats, an alarm, an anti-lock brake system, brake assist and electronic brakeforce distribution, among others.

The Isuzu MU-X 4x2 LS-A adds features like iPod connectivity for the audio unit, a 5-speed automatic, a rear view camera, a start stop system, a 10 inch roof-mounted screen for the DVD system, 17 inch wheels, automatic climate control, leather seats, traction control, electronic stability control, among others. The 4x4 LS-A has similar features as the 4x2 LS-A but adds terrain command select dial and a 4x4 drivetrain and a few other creature comforts.

Isuzu Philippines Corporation is offering the 2014 MU-X in four variants with 6 color options: Cosmic Black, Outback Brown, Aqua Blue, Titanium Silver, Silky Pearl White and Splash White.
