Renga the rat

The model years on this Crown Victoria are incorrect. Bumper chrome trim was discontinued in 2006, the 12-spoke LX rims were discontinued in 2003, and the black B-pillar was also dropped for 2003. Therefore this should also read 1998-2000 like the rest of the recently uploaded pictures. The reason this example has whitewall tires is because its equipped with the HPP option (HPP stands for Handling & Performance Package) which was also dropped for 2003.
