Это версия GS300 T3.

Версия оснащалась форсированным до 219 л.с. двигателем + спортивная ходовая часть. Эту модификацию выделяли эффектные колёса (как на фото).

Возможно, в Англии версия Т3 называлась Sport.

а это что за версия Toyota Aristo V300 Vertex Edition [Japan] (GH-JZS161) '07.2000–08.2001 судя по значку на задней двери, на обычных таких значков нет

Бывают Aristo S300 Vertex Edition и Aristo V300 Vertex Edition.

На S300 ставят 3,0 литровый 230-сильный двигатель, а на V300... такой же мотор c Twin Turbo - 280 сил.
