do you know why this car has such a different visual treatment? without those black plastic underbody surrounding but with side protection

So in the special edition "X-25", for the 25th anniversary of Suzuki Germany in 2004, these trim strips were standard.

The rims in the photo were not standard at least in Germany. Perhaps the trim, and the rims, are optional accessories.
