Чехословацкая кузовная фирма, начавшая свою деятельность в 1925 году под управлением Джозефом Содомкой младшим (Josef Sodomka JR). Автомобили изготавливались на заказ. Первые произведенные кузова автомобилей были изготовлены на шасси Праги и Шкоды. Закончила свое существование в 1948 году.
