MTX '1969–pr.

Компания Metalex возникла в Праге в 1969 г. Для финансирования создания спортивных автомобилей было организовано производство по защите металлических конструкций с помощью технологии металлизации. Отсюда и название компании. Первым спортивным автомобилем Metalex стала Škoda 1000 MB Studio B5 с двигателем мощностью 121 л.с.
