Американская компания, которую основал в июле 1909 года дизайнер Kenneth Crittenden. Большинство моделей экспортировались в Европу и Австралию. Начало Первой мировой войны негативно отразилось на компании, и она прекратила свое существование в 1915 году. Впоследствии несколько автомобилей все-же были собраны из остающихся частей.
