Seddon Atkinson Vehicles Limited, производитель крупных грузовых автомобилей был образован в середине 1970 года, когда Atkinson Vehicles Limited был приобретен Seddon Diesel Vehicles Limited. В 1974 году фирма была приобретена американским гигантом International Harvester, а в феврале 1983 года была приобретена испанской группой ENASA, которая сделала ее дочерней компанией Pegaso.
