Der BMW Werkswagen mit der St.Nr. 50 von Amon/Stuck kam in der 16. Stunde mit Hans-Joachim Stuck am Steuer von der Strecke ab und musste das Rennen mit verbogener Vorderachse vorzeitig beenden. Hier sieht man Chris Amon an der Box.
