The new Tuono 1100 gets a displacement increase to 1100cc through a larger bore size. That means 175hp from the V4 engine, 5hp more than the old model, and 88.5ft.lb of torque, up from 84.8ft.lb.

Seat height has been reduced by 15mm to 820mm and the handlebars have been narrowed.

Aprilia say the Tuono 1100 is ‘more efficient thanks to its revamped chassis and the further development of the already exceptional APRC electronic systems package.’

An RR and higher-spec Factory version (pictured) will be unveiled tomorrow at EICMA show in Milan.
