полагаю, что это не только юбилейная модель но и по сути файнал эдишн. мотор твинэйр с которым у панды агрегатировался полный привод с производства снят, и до конца года панда должна пройти модернизацию чтобы соответствовать новым европейским правилами по системам безопасности. не думаю что есть какой-то смысл привязывать полный привод на микрогибридный мотор остальных версий. впрочем, буду рад ошибаться)
