This Lister Storm chassis number “GTM005” was entered in FIA – GT from 2001 to 2003 as a factory race car. It achieved many good results including one win at Anderstorp in 2003 and another at Oschersleben though it was DSQ. Currently in late 2003 configuration, it’s fitted with later engine, transmission ( Hewland sequential ), front suspension and bodywork upgrades.

At the end of its racing career, it was completely restored in 2007/2008 in its original colors from its major win at Anderstorp and was invited to the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2008. It enjoyed huge success there and proved again to be an extremely fast car. Engine has very low hours and the car was fully serviced with extensive work done. Being in fully race ready condition, it would be a very interesting entry in the various events in Europe or in US for GT1 cars. Built for endurance racing, the Storms are also easy to maintain and reliable. The driving is incredible, very easy and amazingly fast. In the car’s file there are many rare pictures from the FIA GT days, a letter from Lister about racing achievements and many great documents relating to its history.
