На рубеже 1957 года на американский рынок вышла обновленная модель Export. Причем, в США поставлялась только Isetta 300 Export.
Американская версия внешне отличалась дополнительными защитными дугами у бамперов и увеличенными, 7-дюймовыми, фарами головного света, 4-мя индикаторами габаритов и поворотников и т.д.
