Following the Croner global launch in February in Bangkok, Thailand, the new Croner range was launched in Southern Africa in June 2017, with 13 variants and the range offering up to 21 customizable configurations.

UD Trucks' first new Croner medium duty truck for Southern Africa was produced in its Rosslyn assembly factory in South Africa at the end of July, 2017.
