ЗиЛ-41051 '12.1984

Бронированный автомобиль с внешностью ЗиЛ-41045, выпущенный в рамках Проекта "Тополь". Выпускался с декабря 1984 года по ноябрь 1985 года. Из десяти автомобилей ЗиЛ-41051 четыре позже были переделаны в модель 41052 путем замены некоторых панелей кузова и облицовки от гражданской версии ЗиЛ-41047. Начал использоваться при М.С. Горбачеве в загранкомандировках.
