Рэнсомом Или Олдсом (Ransom Eli Olds)

и поначалу выпускала в основном дорогие престижные автомобили. Позже фирма попала под контроль корпорации GM и находилась в ее составе до 2004 года, когда руководство приняло решение о закрытии знаменитой марки.
