Niesmann + Bischoff Arto (III) & Flair (IV)

История компании началась в 1955 году. Тогда Elfriede и Hugo Niesmann начали продавать жилые прицепы (caravans) известных немецких производителей. В 1975 году компания начала заниматься импортом американских домов на колёсах таких брендов как Midas, Sportscoach и Fleetwood. В 1981 году был выпущен первый альковный автодом компании - Clou 570 E, а в декабре того же года была основана компания Niesmann-Bischoff-Clou-Produktionsgesellschaft mbH. В 1991 году компания была переименована в Niesmann + Bischoff GmbH. В 1996 году она вошла в состав концерна Hymer AG.
