- There are at least two types of primary prototype Mazda 802 has been registered August 1963.
- The first one with license plate 広 5 そ 32-85: 3 wipers, has not a plating molding on the weather strip of the front and rear window screen, the car radio antenna mouned between rear glass and trunk lid.
- The second one with license plate 広 5 そ 57-35: 2 wipers, has a plating molding on the weather strip of the front and rear window screen.
