Unable to upload pictures?

So this started happening a couple of minutes ago:

I would attempt to upload a picture, the loading bar would freeze at 50% for a bit, then the whole bar turns red signalling a failed upload. Is it just me or is it happening to everyone else as well?

For extra clarification: the pictures I tried to upload were a .png file and a .jpg file.
