LeTourneau D-800 LeTro-Dozer '10.1978–10.1985

Прототип D-800 был впервые представлен на международной выставке American Mining Congress' International Mining Show в октябре 1978 года в Лас-Вегасе (Невада, США). Вскоре он был доставлен на шахту Drummond Coal в Келлерман (Алабама, США). Первый серийный экземпляр покинул завод в ноябре 1979 года, последний - в октябре 1985 года.

Изначально D-800 предлагался с двигателями Detroit Diesel 16V-92T или Cummins KT2300-C - оба мощностью 860 л.с. В 1981 году мощность двигателя Cummins была увеличена до 900 л.с. Последний, 18-ый экземпляр D-800 был оснащён дизельным двигателем Cummins KT38-C.
