В 2013 г. был изготовлен опытный образец машины погрузочно-доставочной МоАЗ-4075 г/п 16 тонн, которая расширила линейку МПД производства МоАЗ. Опытный образец успешно прошёл предварительные испытания на базе испытательного полигона ОАО «БЕЛАЗ». В ноябре 2013 МПД была доработана в соответствии с требованиями технического регламента таможенного союза. В 2014 испытаниями подтверждено соответствие МоАЗ-4075 требованиям тех. регламента.
