В начале 1990-х на платформе "Гнома" создали электромобиль "Гном-Электро". Снаряженная масса вместе с АКБ НКП-90 составляла 1300 кг. Запас хода при скорости 40 км/ч - 110 км. Максимальная скорость - 90 км/ч. Машину демонстрировали на автосалоне в Турине в 1996 году.
