В первой половине, когда старение и дебют Cinquicento стали сказываться на продажах Панды, Фиат поддерживал спрос постоянным наличием в гамме различных специальных серий (а к концу десятилетия гамма, фактически, стала состоять только из них).

Особенности Cafè - цвета кузова, двойной люк на крыше и некоторые штрихи в интерьере.
