Автомобиль создан в Модене американцем Томом Мидом (Tom Meade) на основе компонентов различных Ferrari. В частности 3-литровый двигатель V12 был взят от модели 250 GT. К созданию автомобиля приложили руку инженеры Ferrari и Maserati.
