Сергей Андреевич, я с Вами согласен. Но до Второй Мировой Французская школа была не менее продвинутой, если не самой. А если после WWII - то итальянцы рулят.

Плюс Американская школа дизайна - она всегда (за исключением последних десятилетий) была среди лидеров.
