Lamborghini 350 GT — первый автомобиль, выпускавшийся компанией Ламборгини. Автомобиль был впервые представлен широкой публике в 1964 году, на автомобильной выставке в Женеве. Несмотря на значительные изменения в конструкции, внешний вид автомобиля мало чем отличался от прототипа — Lamborghini 350 GTV. Прототип имел убирающиеся фары. Всего было построено 120 автомобилей.
