Самая массовая модификация Škoda 14Tr в СССР. Начиная с этой серии на всех следующих 14Tr лобовое и заднее стекла разделялись пополам стойками, а за второй дверью на "юбке" отсутствовал люк. Подобно трамваю Тatra Т6B5, который в Советском Союзе получил название Т3М, Škoda 14Tr08 в СССР шла под названием Škoda 14Tr02/6.
