Троллейбус длиной 11 метров с правым расположением руля и двумя раздвижными дверями, выпущен взамен модели Fiat 2401 / Cansa. Был произведен компанией Fiat с кузовом Cansa и оснащался электрооборудованием Compagnia Generale di Elettricità (CGE) или Tecnomasio Italiano Brown Boveri (TIBB).
