В период с 1966 по 1967 годы была выпущена партия из 6 машин. Очевидным отличием от предыдущих двух автомобилей было двухсекционное лобовое стекло и символ Škoda (в стиле серии Škoda 9Tr ) на передней маске. Испытания прошли успешно, однако из-за высокой стоимости дальнейшее производство было прекращено.
