Низкопольный троллейбус 6281.00 «Адмирал» производится двумя предприятиями: ЭЗЭТ (г. Энгельс) с февраля 2020 г. и НЗЭТ (г. Санкт-Петербург) с сентября 2020 г. ЭЗЭТ и НЗЭТ входят в состав ООО «ПК Транспортные системы». Троллейбус оборудован аварийным автономным ходом. Число мест: общее – 125; для сидения – 25. Электродвигатель ДТА-3У1 (переменного тока, асинхронный; максимальная мощность – 180 кВт).
