Всё правильно - колеса в распор.

а зачем это? почему только гоночных машинах?

Предполагаю что для того чтоб в повороте иметь наибольшее пятно контакта на внешних колёсах.

Да, в дрифтинге, например, распор только на передних, а задние стоят ровно.

так а почему на быстрых машинах, типа фокус ст такого не делают?

Так делают, но только не в таком виде, иначе резина стирается неравномерно.

Чо не делают? Всё делают, особенно на БМВ раньше можно было хорошо пронаблюдать эту аномалию)
