Спортивное исполнение ZR5 с бамперами в цвет кузова, соответствующими наклейками и широкопрофильными легкосплавными дисками колес, пороги кабины защищены специальной хромированной подножкой. Пикапы оснащают только одним двигателем V6 Vortec 4300 (L35) 4,3 л, выдающим 180 л.с. и 339 Н·м, агрегатируют его с 4-ступенчатым «автоматом».
