В 2000 г. была разработана документация на самоходный скрепер МоАЗ-6007/71 с объемом ковша 11 м³ в различных исполнениях и различной комплектации: двигатель ЯМЗ и фирмы «Cummins», ГМП «МоАЗ», «БЕЛАЗ» и фирмы «Dana», рулевое управление фирмы «Danfoss», гидроаппараты фирмы «Rexroth». В 2004-2005 изготовлена партия скреперов МоАЗ-60071 и направлена в Ирак.
