Мне кажется, к автомобилям эта техника имеет слабое отношение.

самое прямое, специализированные строительные автомобили с ДВС

трактор и погрузчик -также с ДВС, но их же автомобилями никто не называет.

ну это тоже попадает под Ваш критерий
