Опытный образец с самосвальным кузовом и кабиной КамАЗ. При транспортировке по железной дороге к месту эксплуатационных испытаний в условиях Севера у машины сгорела кабина. Автомобиль вернулся на завод, где впоследствии стал первым образцом Урал-5323 с кабиной IVECO.
