Разработана в 1990 году как модернизация Лауры 1 в конструкции полностью оригинальное шасси и силовой агрегат Audi s2 (s4) 240 л.с. Было выпущено 10 незаконченных автомобилей и 3 готовых автомобиля. Проект так и остался не реализованным по причине кризиса 1991-93х годов. Автомобиль участвовал в первом Московском автосалоне в 1992 году.
