После запуска Москвича-407 в серийное производство вместо модели 410 была выпущена модификация 410Н с двигателем, коробкой передач и кузовом от Москвича-407. Передаточное число редуктора главной передачи заднего моста было уменьшено (при этом силовой диапазон трансмиссии вырос с 8.25 до 8.9).
