Изготовлен на производственных площадях ООО «IVECO-УралАЗ» (г. Миасс). Грузоподъемность – 10000 кг; колесная формула – 8х8.1; колесная база – 1400 + 2750 + 1400 мм; максимальная скорость – 85 км/ч; двигатель ЯМЗ-238Б (дизельный, 8, 14860 см3; 300 л.с.).
